Experience: Relevant experience working with people with mental health problems or demonstration of an understanding of people with mental health problems. Voluntary or working capacity within mental health service or equivalent. Skills & Competences: Communication and relationship skills. Development and maintain communication (routine information) with the immediate team in order to promote good client care. Ability to provide basic physical and mental health care supporting activities of daily living. Planning and Organisational Skills Social engagement. De-escalation. IT skills. Immediate life support.
