Summary

Job Overview
As a Qualified Teacher, your mission is to inspire and empower the next generation. You will be responsible for creating a high-quality learning environment, delivering engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum, and supporting the academic and emotional growth of every student in your care.

Key Requirements
Status: Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England or equivalent (standard for most state-funded schools).

Education: A relevant Bachelor’s degree and a recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or BEd).

Skills: Strong classroom management, adaptive teaching techniques (for SEND/EAL students), and excellent communication.

Ethics: A commitment to safeguarding and high professional standards (the DfE Teachers' Standards).

Compliance: A valid Enhanced DBS check.
