• Leading targeted academic interventions—raising attainment across core subjects
• Working 1:1 and in small groups—unlocking individual student potential

• Collaborating with teachers, SENCO, and pastoral staff—making real, joined-up impact
• Tracking, analysing, and reporting on student progress—tangible results every term
