What You’ll Be Doing:
• Spearhead the school’s inclusion vision, strategy, and policies
• Lead and nurture a team of SEN practitioners, learning mentors, and support staff
• Coordinate targeted interventions, personalised support, and EHCP processes
• Model outstanding practice, supporting staff through coaching, training, and reflective CPD
• Forge robust relationships with parents, external agencies, and school community partners
• Drive data-led improvement in outcomes for learners with SEND and vulnerable groups
