As a Warehouse Supervisor you will:
- Be the driving force behind our warehouse and transport operations. Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, you will manage resources, oversee planning and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Leading and supervising warehouse activities to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Producing and presenting KPIs for your business area and present them to the General Manager.
- Attending customer reviews and ensuring all service levels and KPIs are met and exceeded.
- Maintaining control of client products using our Warehouse Management System, ensuring accuracy and OTIF order processing.
- Supporting the team with paperwork and operational tasks when needed.
- Conducting regular one-to-ones and annual PDRs to develop and motivate your team.
- Ensuring legal compliance across all site operations.
- Implementing policies and procedures to maintain high standards.
- Driving operational improvements and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Championing health and safety and HACCP standards at all times.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to influence, innovate, and make a real difference every day.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse, transport and logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- A solid understanding of legal compliance and industry standards.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams.
- A track record of successful change management and starting up new contracts.
- Strong customer relationship management experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- IT literacy, including MS Office, and strong analytical ability to review data and reports.
