Summary
What you’ll be doing:
• Managing end-to-end recruitment – designing tailored recruitment approaches, advising managers and candidates and supporting with attraction, selection, offer and onboarding of candidates.
• Acting as a trusted advisor – providing recruitment best practice guidance throughout each stage of the process along with advising on policies and legislative requirements. Reviewing and evaluating activities for continuous improvement based on feedback.
• Building strong relationships – working collaboratively with managers, candidates and other stakeholders to deliver an excellent resourcing service.
• Delivering high-quality operational support – using systems including SuccessFactors, to maintain digital records and comply with GDPR, team business processes and corporate policies.
• Contributing to team success – role-modelling excellent customer service, working flexibly across directorates, supporting projects and recruitment events as needed.
• Driving improvement – using data and insight to enhance resourcing strategies, processes and technology, while staying up to date with market trends and legislation.
What we’re looking for:
• Strong understanding of resourcing practices, including attraction, recruitment and retention.
• Proven experience in a resourcing role, working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, adapt quickly to changing demands, and deliver accurate work under pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data and insight to evaluate practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused approach and ability to influence effectively.
• Proactive, flexible, and accountable – embraces change, works collaboratively across teams, and takes ownership for delivering the highest of standards.
