Summary
Do you have experience working with children with additional or complex health needs? Are you dedicated to providing help, care, and support to those who most need it? We are looking for committed people to work within our dedicated Home Support Team who provide essential complex health care to children, young people, and their families. This is an opportunity to really make a difference to the lives of children, young people and their family by providing clinical care within the home setting. This is predominantly night working (various hours) with flexibility to work day hours for training. By joining our team, you will be providing valuable opportunity for a child, young person, and family to meet their full potential and achieve their chosen life outcomes.
