Summary
Partner with the Assistant Director of Workforce to develop, implement, and monitor workforce plans aligned to Trust strategy, divisional objectives, and service needs. Analyse workforce data (quantitative and qualitative) to identify opportunities for transformation, productivity improvement, and service redesign. Support service redesign, skill mix, and establishment reviews using benchmarking data and workforce intelligence. Ensure workforce planning is timely and effective, aligning recruitment to service needs and monitoring temporary workforce usage. Promote succession planning and maintain effective vacancy management across divisions. Collaborate with recruitment leads to implement targeted recruitment and retention initiatives. Ensure workforce establishments are accurate and reconciled across workforce, finance, and rostering systems.
