Summary
Please see attached job description for more information: Support patients undergoing procedures ensuring their comfort and safety. Ensure patients have a clear understanding of the clinical situation are prepared to provide informed consent. Chaperone and assist the clinicians. Be an advocate and clearly present the patient/client point of view Ensure appropriate stock levels and equipment availability to support the smooth running of the clinics and ward at all times. Recognise and respond appropriately to urgent and emergency situations. Report any change in patient condition or any problem or hazard within the department to the nurse in charge. Taking of observations and recording as appropriate.
