Summary
Home Instead, Welwyn & Hatfield office, is looking to recruit a number of people to join us and help us care for our elderly vulnerable people in their own homes.
Care Assistant Candidate Requirements:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent timekeeper who is organised and reliable
* A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
Work Patterns Available:
* You can select a daily hour patters from 3 days a week + alternate weekends
* Rota's are issued every Friday for the following week
* Opportunity for overtime each week to help clients you visit regularly
* Work patterns available for all times and days, not just evenings.
Benefits:
* Basic rates of £12.75 - £13.40 per hour + lots of added value
* Part-time hours available to suit your availability
* All time spent training is paid
* Travel time between clients is paid (some restrictions)
* Travel expenses between £0.30 and £0.45 pence per mile
* Holiday and Pension paid
* Minimum 1-hour visits to clients
* Equals Card issued to make purchases for clients
* Company events and store discounts
* Lots more
