Coffee Bar Manager
We’re on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Coffee Bar Manager to take the reins across three dynamic café spaces within our business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates operational excellence, and has a creative flair—particularly when it comes to developing standout seasonal drink menus and elevating the customer experience.
You’ll directly manage a Barista team of 6, ensuring consistent high standards, efficient service, and a positive team culture across all locations. You will also oversea all the tea points across the building.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the daily operations of three coffee outlets
• Recruit, train, and supervise coffee shop staff
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and compliance across all sites
• Lead HACCP for the coffee bars outlets
• Collaborate with the barista teams to craft creative, seasonal drink menus
• Monitor quality, customer feedback, and drive continuous improvement
• Manage stock control, orders, and minimise waste
• Develop team schedules and support ongoing training initiatives
• Oversee the different tea points across the building
• Work alongside senior leadership on catering strategy and sustainability goals
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll be a confident and collaborative leader with experience managing café operations. A strong eye for detail, customer service excellence, and creative input into menu development are key. Experience in sustainability and a passion for innovation in food and drink service are a big plus.
