- Act as the key link between executives, delivery teams, and external partners.
- Drive change management and embed new ways of working across the organisation.
- Proven experience in programme management (5+ years), ideally in complex, multi-project environments.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of programme and project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2).
- Financial acumen for budgeting and cost control.
- Degree-level education and relevant certifications (MSP, PgMP, or similar) preferred.
