What You’ll Be Doing
  • Define programme governance and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Oversee multiple interconnected projects, managing interdependencies and progress.
  • Control budgets, allocate resources, and maximize ROI across the programme.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and report to senior stakeholders.
  • Act as the key link between executives, delivery teams, and external partners.
  • Drive change management and embed new ways of working across the organisation.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in programme management (5+ years), ideally in complex, multi-project environments.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge of programme and project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2).
  • Financial acumen for budgeting and cost control.
  • Degree-level education and relevant certifications (MSP, PgMP, or similar) preferred.
