Summary
The FE and Skills directorate is the primary point of contact for Jisc’s FE and Skills members across the UK. It is the directorate’s role to ensure member and funder satisfaction through maximising uptake of services across supported sectors (to generate additional income and embed Jisc's position as the sectors' trusted partner).
As the Relationship manager, you will own a portfolio of FES accounts as a single point of contact. Through effective relationship management with senior leaders, operational leads and influencers in member organisations, you will work to ensure members maximise the value of their Jisc membership through take-up of services, will capitalise on leads to sell new product and services from across the broad Jisc portfolio, and position Jisc as the sector's trusted digital Partner to help secure our core funding.
This role is focused within the North West/West Midlands region, and as such applicants will need to reside within or close to the region.
Predominantly remote working, regular travel is required to Jisc offices and/or customers including occasional overnight stays.
