Summary
Working in close liaison with the multi-disciplinary team, to provide individualised physiotherapy interventions and advice for inpatients and wellbeing service users, who fall into those services criteria. To focus on specialist palliative care symptom management, enablement or end of life care. To also provide advice on issues relating to moving and handling
