About the Role - Stores Person (Part-time)
As a part-time Stores Person, you'll support the engineering team and help keep things running smoothly for them and our customers. You'll manage all incoming and outgoing materials in the Engineering Stores department, in an organised and efficient manner.

What will you be doing?
-You'll be responsible for ensuring that vehicle parts and fuel are available to meet the depot's operational needs
-You'll stay informed of any changes to the fleet and adjust stock levels accordingly
-Follow procedures for bulk fuel deliveries and accurately reconciling fuel stocks
-Ensure stores areas are kept clean and tidy, and stock is stored in a secure, safe, and efficient manner
-Support the Area Stores Manager to monitor and manage stock usage, liaising with close by depots
-Maintain relevant business IT systems to accurately records all aspects of stock management
Location: Fareham (Hoeford Depot), PO16 0ST
Working Hours: Part-time 20 hours per week, ideally 8am-12pm Mon-Fri but this can be discussed at interview
Pay: £16.32 p/h £ 16,972 p/a - additional hours can be available but not guaranteed
About You
-Commercial vehicle parts advisory/stock management experience would be very beneficial for this role
-A clean UK driving licence would be beneficial for this role as you may be required to travel between depots, though not essential
-A good degree of IT literacy is necessary for this role
-Must be a UK resident and provide proof of Right to Work
