We are seeking to appoint a part time Administrative Assistant to provide a high standard of secretarial and administrative support and to promote all aspects of social media and communication. The successful applicant will be highly efficient, well organised and a cheerful team player, who provides a warm welcome to parents, pupils and visitors.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- Bags of enthusiasm, initiative, resourcefulness and a great sense of humour
- High levels of digital literacy including all aspects of Social Media
- A friendly, approachable manner
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- The ability to maintain confidentiality
- A good understanding of standard school policies, eg GDPR, safeguarding, record retention
Working Hours
The exact working pattern will be agreed with the successful candidate at interview but will fall within our academy hours of Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:00.
The postholder will be primarily based at Diss Church of England Junior Academy but may be required to work at Diss Infant Academy and Nursery or Scole Church of England Primary Academy.
