Ready to take on a high‑impact commercial role within a major UK infrastructure provider? We're looking for a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our Capital Programme - Asset Portfolio Plan team, supporting long‑term contracts that help shape the energy network of the future.
What You'll Do
- Lead commercial management across a portfolio of construction projects
- Support contract set‑up, pricing, change control and dispute resolution
- Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Designers, Planners, and external partners
- Prepare tender documentation, analyse bids and provide commercial insight
- Assess contractor applications, manage CE/EWN processes, and issue payment certificates
- Produce high‑quality reports and maintain project risk and cost schedules
- Advise teams on NEC3 contract application and compliance
What You'll Bring
- Strong experience in quantity surveying with complex, high‑value contracts
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP
- Clear, confident communication and relationship‑building skills
- Membership of RICS/CIOB/ICES (advantageous)
- IOSH certificate is a bonus (training available)
