Part Time: 27 hours 55 minutes per week, Term Time plus 5 training days
Salary: G02 Point 4 (Actual) £16,341
Start Date: As soon as possible
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring and experienced teaching assistant to be responsible for providing students with specific healthcare needs. This would include intimate, personal and medical care, first aid duty, including during the school lunch time and administration of students’ individual medication.
Our ideal candidate will be:
Sympathetic to the range of needs that student present with
An interest in developing an understanding of various specific care needs
Flexibility to adapt to varying and ever-changing needs
Team player, with a pragmatic attitude to the demands of the role.
Ability to manage a variety of intimate care needs with professionalism to maintain the dignity of the students.
