Summary
What Youll Be Doing Deliver outstanding clinical care through direct patient consultations and expert decision-making. Lead by example, supporting and supervising clinicians to uphold high standards and improving confidence across the team. Drive service excellence, working closely with the Operations Manager on vision, strategy, quality performance, and compliance. Strengthen governance and quality through audits, incident review, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and inspire the team, supporting recruitment, appraisals, clinical training, and staff development. Champion CQC readiness, ensuring the service operates safely and effectively in line with regulatory standards. Influence wider system transformation, working with commissioners, the ICB, and external partners to shape future models of urgent and emergency care. Shakespeare Walk-in Centre, located within the Inner Leeds area, has a diverse patient population who present with a variety of medical and social needs. The Walk-in Centre is open 7 days a week, 8am to 8pm including bank holidays.
