Summary

Integration Lead North Yorkshire
Salary:
£40,000 per annum & Package

Location: Covering North Yorkshire (Regular travel with the role)

Leadership will be the driving force behind a skilled team of Employment Specialists, ensuring they are empowered, trained, and inspired and create opportunities. Working across both the IPS and Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) models, you will champion innovation, inclusion, and performance excellence.

What you'll be doing:

Lead a high performing, collaborative team
to deliver IPS Best Practice in line with Fidelity and SEQF Standards.

Set a clear vision and culture, raising expectations and challenging stigma around employment for people who have a disability, long-term health conditions, or multiple and complex barriers.

Maintain high levels of performance, ensuring Employment Specialists are following the principles of Individual Placement and Support (IPS) and Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) models, exceeding performance expectations for referrals, programme starts, employer engagement, job starts and sustainment.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven leadership experience in managing, coaching, and developing high-performing teams within employment support, vocational rehabilitation, or related services
  • Knowledge and experience of Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) and/or IPS Fidelity standards.
  • Passion for social inclusion and supporting people with mental health conditions, substance misuse issues, disabilities, or other barriers to employment.
