Summary
Landmarc Support Services is seeking a proactive and organised Site Operative to join our team at Westdown Camp.
This role is primarily stores‑based, working to support the Stores Department with a range of administrative and stock control tasks. You’ll also provide occasional support with cleaning duties to ensure facilities remain presentable and fit for use.
You’ll be joining a small, dedicated team that takes pride in keeping the camp running smoothly. Previous stores experience is preferred but not essential, positive attitude, good organisational skills, and a willingness to learn.
Hourly Rate:£13.45

Full‑time Hours:Monday–Thursday 08:00–16:30, Friday 08:00–16:00 (37 hours per week)
Location:Westdown Camp, Tilshead, Salisbury, SP3 4RS
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Stores Department including data entry, record keeping and documentation
- Manage and maintain stock levels for cleaning products, office supplies, bedding and other consumables
- Issue, receive and track items using both IT systems and paper‑based processes
- Ensure stores areas remain organised, tidy and compliant with audit requirements
- Support with cleaning tasks within facilities and accommodation blocks when required
- Assist with general site duties as directed by the Site Manager
The Ideal Candidate
- Good understanding of Health & Safety principles and safe systems of work
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with colleagues and customers
- Confidence completing documentation accurately and efficiently
- Basic IT skills with willingness to learn new systems
- Experience with MJDI (Management of the Joint Deployed Inventory) is desirable, but full training will be provided
- A valid UK driving licence due to the remote location of the site
