Summary

About the Role:
We are seeking a Performance & Projects Officer to join our team. The role involves delivering project management, performance monitoring, and technological solutions to improve services. You will work across teams, manage projects, support system improvements, and drive service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyse performance data to identify improvements and recommend solutions.

Manage and support projects, risk, and performance initiatives.

Develop and maintain processes, systems, and reporting tools.

Conduct research and benchmarking to adopt best practices.

Liaise with suppliers and provide software system support, including upgrades and training.

Deliver training to ensure effective use of new processes and systems.

Who We’re Looking For:
Degree or NVQ Level 6 in a managerial, professional, or technical field with 3+ years’ experience in a project/systems environment.

Proven experience in project management, delivering change, and analysing reports.

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and reporting tools; knowledge of process mapping.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.

Customer-focused, organised, and able to prioritise workload effectively.

Flexible to work occasional evenings or weekends if required.

Desirable:
Experience with Business Process Reengineering (LEAN).

Familiarity with project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet).

Understanding of system integrations (CRM, APIs) or finance/procurement processes.
