Summary
What we’re looking for Masters or equivalent training and experience in leadership, quality, human factors, patient safety or similar area of expertise. Candidates must have a professional clinical registration. We encourage applications from candidates with medical/nursing/AHP background, GMC/NMC/HCPC registration to complement our multidisciplinary team. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across organisations Programme and project management skills Previous NHS and patient safety experience Experience of changing behaviour and practice within and across organisations using campaign and/or social movement principles Knowledge of the contribution of human factors to patient safety Knowledge and understanding of the links between patient safety and a learning culture Knowledge of implementation, improvement, social movement and campaign methodologies What we offer in return Competitive salary and benefits package.
