Summary
To provide support to the physio team to deliver a high standard of physio Support the team to provide therapy to people experiencing an acute mental health crisis within the inpatient setting as part of Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. to support the team to carry out duties autonomously but with the ability to seek support and informal and formal supervision from senior clinicians. To support the team to educate and advise service-users/carers and the wider MDT, to equip them with the necessary skills to promote independence.
