Summary
Our client A dynamic and forward-thinking conveyancing firm is seeking skilled and motivated experienced Title Checkers to join its growing team. In this full-time permanent role working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, based from their Wellingborough office.

As an experience Title Checker your key duties & responsibilities:
Managing all aspects of residential purchase transactions, with a particular focus on reporting to clients and raising legal enquiries across all residential tenures
Reviewing, checking, and reporting on search results, identifying issues and raising appropriate enquiries
Managing a continuous flow of title checks with accuracy and efficiency
Liaising with live conveyancing teams to provide support and guidance on complex transactions
Demonstrating strong knowledge of the full conveyancing process, ideally within a title checking role
Working proactively with strong attention to detail while meeting tight deadlines
To be considered for the Title Checker role you will:
Proven experience in title checking
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and use initiative
Strong attention to detail and a hardworking approach
