An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Specialist Operational Trainer in Specialist Operations.
What you will be doing?
To design, co-ordinate, deliver, assess, and evaluate specialist operational training including officer safety training PSU training, MOE training and CBRN Training (Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear), to ensure officers and staff within Heddlu Dyfed Powys Police are prepared competent and compliant with national, regional, and local operational standards. The role ensures that training supports high risk roles, promoting operational readiness and officer safety.
