Summary

CIS Security have an exciting opportunity available and are seeking a professional and customer focused Corporate Security Officer to join the team at the Alphabeta Building. In this highly visible role, you will serve as an ambassador for CIS Security and the client demonstrating and delivering exceptional guarding and customer service to all building users.Originally three separate buildings constructed between 1910 and 1930 and then interconnected into a single office complex called Triton Court in the 1980s. In 2012, the building underwent a major refurbishment and extension project which resulted in the modern Alphabeta Building. The redesign which was completed in 2015, created a contemporary workspace with features like a "cycle-in" ramp, an atrium and rooftop terraces while retaining original architectural details.Information:Position: Corporate Security OfficerLocation: London (EC2A)Pay Rate: £14.80 per hourHours: 48 hours Per WeekShifts: Wednesday - Saturday NightsJob Requirements:SIA Licence requiredCorporate Security, Concierge or Front of House experience for at least 1 year an advantageMust be Reliable, Responsible, Punctual and have the flexibility to change due to operational needs.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsMust have an excellent command of English Language both written and verbal & Good IT SkillsA friendly, professional, courteous and outgoing characterTo take pride in your appearance at all times, ensuring immaculate presentationFlexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on siteFirst Aid qualification & CCTV SIA Licence are desirableBe confident and able to undertake 100% of all specific dutiesUphold exceptional customer service standards in all interactionsHave a friendly, professional, courteous and can-do attitudeJob Responsibilities:Maintain a strong security presence across the building comprising of approximately 240,000sq ft.Able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and strong customer service to both our client and service users.Committed to providing a safe, secure and positive environment for all building usersAble to work in a team as well as on your own and have the ability to be pro-active and think on your feet.The ability to remain calm, professional, confident and courteous under pressure when dealing with confrontational situationsPhysically fit to complete patrols internally, externally and able to stand/walk during shiftConfident in writing detailed incident and shift reportsTo always portray a friendly, professional and courteous demeanour, using open and appropriate body language.To ensure that all visitors and staff are welcomed in a professional and friendly manner and are seen to efficiently, providing exceptional customer service at all times ensuring that their expectations are met, if not exceeded.Have the IT skills and the ability to understand and use Access Control, CCTV and postal delivery systems.Have the ability to write and reply to emails in the correct manner.Able to use and understand Corporate Escalation Processes, - Escalate and Disseminate information in a timely manner to the correct personnel in the event or during an emergency Incident on site.You will be part of a team working together to provide a high standard service and one that will be rememberedMonitor access control, conduct regular patrols and respond swiftly to incidents and security concernsWork collaboratively with building management, service providers and CIS colleagues to support the day to day operations of the buildingResponding to alarm activationsThe role includes you to carry out weekly checks on life safety equipment, patrolling, reception duties, access control monitoring, answering incoming telephone calls, conducting emergency procedures, accepting and registering incoming deliveries using the delivery portal, making postal deliveries to tenant floors and completing weekly/monthly audits.Benefits:Health care plan (HSF)Perk Box (HSF) - discounts & offers from cinema tickets to days outCycle to work schemeTailored Site UniformFirst class training allowing you to develop your skillsA view for career developmentLong service & Employee Recognition awardsAnd much more!!A globally recognised Security Solutions Specialist delivering service excellence, to our Customers, Colleagues, and Communities.
