Summary
Customer Service Agent
Are you a people person who enjoys talking to customers and thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking motivated individuals to join our clients Customer Service Team on a temporary basis!
Previous telephone experience is essential!
This role is on a 5/7 rota (Weekends included!)
· Snodland
· £12.75 per hour
· 9 hours between 8am and 8pm
· 2 Month Temporary with potential to be ongoing
Key Responsibilities:
· Be part of a dynamic team handling up to 1,000 calls per day.
· Take orders, assist clients, and offer promotional deals.
· Ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction with every call.
· Handle multiple tasks efficiently while providing friendly and professional support
What We're Looking For:
· A chatty, outgoing personality and the ability to multitask
· Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
· You don't need to come from a call centre background, but you must be confident working in a fast-moving environment
