Summary
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic, experienced and motivated room leader to take the lead in our 30 place pre-school room in a full-time position, working Monday to Friday.
Role; Room Leader
Requirements; NVQ Level 3 or above, in Early Years Education
Desirable; previous experience if leading a team
Responsibilities;
Lead a team of 3 other practitioners to support the learning and development of the children, to create and maintain a safe, secure and fun environment enriched with a wide range of resources that support each child's individual needs. As the room leader you will be well organised and proactive in ensuring tasks are completed and that the team are motivated.
We believe that all children should be given the opportunity to reach their full potential in a safe and caring environment, and that the practitioners should facilitate this through the experiences and activities they offer.
Safeguarding is a priority - all applicants will be fully vetted. Please have your DBS ready, and provide 2 references; one must be from most recent employment.
