Summary
Responsible for managing and enhancing Individual Giving programmes to deliver sustainable income growth in line with the charitys four-year strategy. Activities include analysing donor data and trends to inform campaign development, creating effective stewardship journeys for current, lapsed, and new supporters, and implementing improvements across Regular Giving, Legacy marketing, and in-memory giving. Oversight of digital and print campaigns, one-off gifts up to £1,000, and a third-party Lottery partnership ensures a diverse and impactful fundraising approach. Accountable for budget management across all Individual Giving activities, ensuring compliance with financial, regulatory, and GDPR standards. Collaboration with internal teams leverages donor insight and segmentation for creative, brand-aligned campaigns that strengthen retention, increase donor uplift, and acquire new supporters. Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making underpin efforts to enhance donor loyalty and maximise income growth. Responsibilities Deliver EACH's new Individual Giving strategy focused on donor insight and analysis, ensuring financial targets, KPIS and a strong ROI are met across all areas through effective budget, project, data, and team management. Oversee Individual Giving budgets, including income and expenditure reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis building robust mitigation plans where necessary. Plan and execute donation campaigns and stewardship journeys, managing end-to-end delivery and conducting performance reviews to inform future improvements. Develop and optimise Regular Giving campaigns strengthening retention, increasing donor uplift, and acquiring new supporters. Manage and grow the Local Hospice Lottery partnership, fostering strong external relationships with support from the wider team. Provide effective line management, focusing on personal development, training, and performance monitoring through regular 1:1s, quarterly reviews, and annual appraisals. Collaborate with the Database team to analyse data and supporter segmentation, driving successful campaigns targeting and testing current, lapsed, and new donors. Work closely with the Head of Supporter Engagement to ensure Individual Giving income streams meet or exceed targets and strategy is delivered. Create idea frameworks and clear briefs, allowing the Marketing and Communications team to design impactful, response-driven campaigns aligned with brand guidelines across all Individual Giving activities. Monitor and report on campaign performance, analysing KPIs, identifying trends, and implementing improvements based on data and feedback. Communicate effectively with internal teams, ensuring timely updates and adherence to processes across Fundraising, Finance, Data, Supporter Care, and Marketing. Build strong relationships with external suppliers and agencies, negotiating costs and ensuring successful project delivery. Stay informed on sector trends and best practices, applying insights to enhance supporter experience and campaign effectiveness. Identify opportunities for collaborating on integrated campaigns with teams from across the organisation to maximise engagement from new and existing audiences. Ensure Individual Giving content is accurate and engaging across all channels, including website, social media, and print. Maintain compliance with data protection regulations and uphold best practice standards set by ICO, DMA, Fundraising Regulator, Gambling Commission, Institute of Fundraising, and ASA.
