Summary

What Were Looking For Essential Experience & Skills (Condensed from the Person Specification) Significant experience in workforce data analysis, data visualisation or systems administration Advanced analytical skills, including managing large datasets, trend analysis and complex reporting Expertise in Microsoft Excel and strong skills in BI tools (Power BI/Qlik/SSRS) Experience developing dashboards, reporting suites and data quality processes Proven experience using ESR or similar systems, including upgrades and optimisation Experience delivering workforce data to senior stakeholders Ability to lead/contribute to system improvement projects and service redesign Highly effective communication skills, able to explain complex data clearly Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with ability to work under pressure Desirable Experience working in NHS workforce, HR, payroll or finance data SQL, AI/digital automation, or advanced analytics experience Understanding of rostering systems (HealthRoster) Experience managing a team Knowledge of procurement or IT contract management About You You will thrive in this role if you are: Passionate about using data to drive improvement Able to challenge, analyse trends and tell the story behind the data Confident working across multiple systems and stakeholders Proactive, solutions-focused and committed to high-quality standards Comfortable balancing strategic work with hands-on technical requirements Motivated by improving workforce experience and organisational insight Why Join WWL?
