Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a vital member of our operations team, you will ensure our workwear meets the highest standards by:
- Inspecting garments for damage and identifying necessary repairs.
- Executing high-quality repairs using industrial sewing machines.
- Registering repair data into our internal database.
- Folding and packing garments neatly according to our "out-scan" delivery process.
- Assisting the laundry operative team during peak times to ensure smooth production flow.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will be hard-working with a keen eye for detail. We are looking for:
- Proven experience in garment repair (experience with protective clothing or heavy-duty workwear is a major plus).
- Technical skill in operating industrial sewing machines.
- Digital literacy to log repairs on a database.
- Reliability: Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.
