Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to support the Community Sport & Wellbeing Team at Chelmsford City Council with the ongoing With you in Mind project held at the South Woodham Ferrers leisure Centre


Applicants should have a keen interest in Sport, class delivery and experience with working and supporting Adults with Mental Health and wellbeing.


The successful applicant will be head coach to clients who will be refereed to the centre as part of their on-going support for mental health support. They should be empathetic, supportive, organised, flexible and enjoy working directly with a wide range of individuals both internally and out in the community. Good Communication and interpersonal skills are essential. A knowledge and prior working experience with people who suffer with mental health is desirable.


The post holder will be required to work to 2 hours per week Sunday from 9.30am-11.30am. You maybe required to work in other locations and there may be other opportunities as part of the project subject to further funding.
