About the role

As an Inclusion Coordinator, you would be an essential part of delivering high quality Additional Learning Support services across the Institute. You would provide appropriate and tailored support for learners with additional learning needs, enabling them to access their learning effectively and achieve their full potential.



A key aspect of the role involves reviewing learners’ Education, Health and Care Plans and working collaboratively with relevant external stakeholders to ensure that support strategies are coordinated and effective.



You would also work closely with curriculum teams and Learner Services to contribute to the setting of meaningful targets, as well as monitoring and measuring learner progress and outcomes to ensure continuous improvement in support provision.

About the person

The successful candidate will hold:

A high standard of IT literacy and competence.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent understanding of the EHCP process and support needs of learners with additional learning needs and the different learning styles and strategies they might use.
Certificate in Education/PGCE
