Summary
Pathfinder Project Administrator
Band 3, Fixed Term, upto end of March 26, Part Time - 30 h/w
The post holder will be a key asset in the HV pathfinder project. This important national project has been set up to increase the uptake of the national childhood immunisation programme for 0-5 year old. The post holder will contribute to the smooth running of the pathfinder project by the efficient performance of administrative duties to ensure a full and up to date health record including immunisations, for children aged 0- 5 resident in Croydon or attending a Croydon School.
The team consists of a Pathfinder health Visitor and Registered Nurse The post holder will undertake a range of administration and clerical duties and liaise with a range of health professionals including internal and external agencies and departments. This will also include contacts with clients and service users.

To be responsible for providing full administrative support to the Health Visitor Pathfinder project team
To undertake and complete all administrative functions including data collection
The post holder will be responsible for maintaining stock controls for immunisations orders and delivery
To have a clear understanding and adhere to the procedures and principles of the Health Visitor Pathfinder Project and provide an effective and efficient customer focused service.
To maintain effective links with internal and external users of the service. Dealing with all enquiries within the project
To develop advanced keyboard skills to operate the Trust’s computerised health information systems pertinent to the work of the department, to run daily reports and analysis data and act accordingly.
Complete Weekly collective Dashboards for all service and report to Manager.
