Summary
Heating and Ventilation Property Inspector required in Aberdeen!
* £19.50 PAYE + Rolled Up Holiday Pay + Pension *

What you'll do:
- Inspect public buildings and provide mechanical maintenance solutions
- Repairs and maintenance to commercial heating and ventilation systems
- Ensure plant/equipment is well maintained and compliant with expected standards
- Carry out site inspections, updating and maintaining statutory records
- Assess repair requirements, allocate work to mechanical contractors and assist in managing any maintenance required
About you:
- Experienced in commercial heating and ventilation system installation, repair and maintenance
- Ability to work within a team, contribute at meetings, liaise with building responsible persons
- Driving licence
- CSCS Card
- SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Installation of commercial boiler maintenance and/or controls or any comprehensive training or accredited scheme to prove competence in boiler operation.
