Summary
We’re looking for a motivated and organised individual to lead the people, processes, and performance of Imperial College Healthcare NHS TrustUrology’s elective inpatient services. This role is key to ensuring smooth coordination of our urology theatre lists and responding quickly to changes in demand.
What you’ll do:
• Manage the registrar rota and support colleagues to keep services running seamlessly.
• Make sure patients are scheduled according to clinical priority and national access standards, includingCancer Waiting Times (CWT),Referral to Treatment (RTT), andDiagnostic Waiting Times (DM01).
• Organise and prioritise your own workload while helping the team deliver continuity of care every day.

• To co-ordinate operating surgeon cover and maximise the utilisation of Urology theatre lists.
• To develop the process to ensure that patients are scheduled in line with clinical priority and national access targets including CWT, RTT and DM01.
• To ensure that the service is able to meet reporting requirements for specialized inpatient activity.
• To ensure quality and customer care standards are met consistently as well as responding to patient concerns and complaints.
• Management of the monthly registrar rota.
