The customer is a friendly and determined individual who would like support to develop her independent living skills, particularly in the areas of:
- Cooking
- Budgeting
- Safety awareness in the community

The customer is also exploring future training and work opportunities and would benefit from guidance in accessing community resources and options.

She lives with autism and can find meeting new people and building relationships challenging. She would thrive with support from someone who has insight into autism and experience in supporting individuals with similar needs.

As a Personal Assistant, you will:
- Provide practical support with cooking and meal planning
- Assist with budgeting and money management
- Promote safety awareness when out in the community
- Helping explore training, work opportunities, and local resources
- Offer patient, understanding, and consistent support to build confidence and independence

We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in supporting people with autism
- Patient, empathetic, and reliable
- Able to encourage independence while respecting the customers choices
- A good communicator who can build trust gradually

Duties include:
- Other relevant duties as required
- Administration
- Companionship
