Summary
Support worker to support a Young Person in Exeter (3hrs x 5 days) to do the following :
Managing a tenancy / accommodation
Applying for benefits
Managing correspondence / bills
Budgeting
Signposting and/or referrals to other services
Emotional support
Sexual health and relationships
Mediation (Family, Friends, other residents)
Accessing/sustaining education, employment, training and volunteering
CV writing
Interview techniques
Support with travel
Linking to local community
Developing interests / hobbies
Accessing local groups / teams
Personal health and hygiene
Life Skills (cooking, washing, cleaning, shopping etc)
