Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team (internal or external resources).
Oversee budgeting, planning, and performance measurement for all marketing activities.
Collaborate closely with leadership and sales teams to support business development.
Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
Oversee content strategy and manage all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Plan and implement digital campaigns aimed at boosting brand presence and audience engagement.
Analyze digital metrics and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
Ensure consistent and professional communication across all digital channels.
Lead Generation & Demand Creation
Design and manage multi-channel lead generation campaigns (social media, email, paid ads, etc.).
Develop effective funnels and nurture strategies to convert leads into customers.
Work with the sales team to ensure lead quality and smooth handover processes.
Track and refine lead-generation KPIs.
Brand Development & Content Creation
Develop and maintain strong brand identity across all marketing materials.
Oversee content creation for blogs, product materials, videos, case studies, and educational resources.
Manage product launch campaigns, trade show presence, and promotional events.
Market Research & Analytics
Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends in the dental industry.
Evaluate competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation.
Prepare detailed monthly/quarterly performance reports for senior management.
Use data insights to adjust strategies and improve results.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Experience in the dental, medical, or healthcare industry strongly preferred.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and cross-functional projects.
