In this role, you'll work closely with designers, principal designers, and stakeholders across multiple directorates-helping move complex engineering projects from concept to delivery. If you enjoy coordinating information, supporting project teams, and keeping everything running like clockwork, this is the perfect opportunity.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage notifications to the HSE for all notifiable projects
  • Monitor project progress in P6 and maintain communication with all parties
  • Collate design dashboards and summarise key actions, risks, and learnings
  • Arrange and support design reviews, Value Engineering sessions, and HEML assessments
  • Maintain document registers, upload project documents, and support Health & Safety file compilation
  • Assist in milestone tracking, training and scheduling, and wider engineering admin support

This role is ideal for someone who is self‑motivated, organised, and confident communicating with diverse teams.

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Experience in design coordination or engineering/construction environments
  • Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, P6, SharePoint, Autodesk Construction Cloud, SAP - training available!)
  • The ability to work independently and hit deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A full UK driving licence
  • A collaborative attitude and willingness to support multiple office locations

What You'll Get

We offer a competitive package designed to support your wellbeing and development:

  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
  • Reservist Leave - up to 18 days paid and 22 unpaid
  • Personal Pension Plan with up to 10% employer contribution
  • Cycle to Work, Tech & Home schemes
  • Green Car Leasing
  • Season Ticket & Tenancy Loan deposit schemes
  • Occupational Health support
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Discounts across hundreds of retailers and gyms
