• Is excellent at building relationships with pupils, staff, the parent community and members of the Trust Local Committee

• Has a strong understanding of distributed leadership and can support others to be the best versions of themselves
• Understands the value of investing time and energy into building community relationships
• Values collaboration and trust-wide working
