Installation Engineer (x2) – Intruder Alarms
Location: London & South East – Kent, Sussex, Surrey
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £37,000 – £47,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description

We’re seeking two experienced Installation Engineers to join our dedicated installations team covering London and the South East. This role focuses primarily on the installation of Intruder Alarm systems, with CCTV and Access Control experience considered an advantage but not essential.

You’ll be working on installations across residential properties, small to medium enterprises, and schools, ensuring all systems are fitted to the highest industry standards. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers looking to grow within a respected NSI Gold and BAFE approved company.

Key Skills & Essential Experience
  • MUST have Intruder Alarm installation experience (Conventional & Wireless)


  • CCTV and Access Control installation experience – advantageous but not essential


  • Experience with IP and Analogue CCTV systems (basic networking desirable)


  • Installation of Access Control / Door Entry systems


  • Knowledge of DualCom monitoring and communication devices


  • Familiarity with major panel brands and app-based systems


  • Understanding of NSI codes of practice (installation, commissioning, and maintenance)


  • Full, manual UK driving licence


    What We’re Looking For

    You’ll be an enthusiastic, motivated, and reliable Installation Engineer with a strong background in Intruder Alarm systems. Excellent communication and time-management skills are key, as well as a professional approach to client interaction.

    Ideally, you’ll live within easy access to London, Kent, Surrey, or Sussex. The company offers ongoing training and support, helping you develop your skills and progress within a well-established and growing business.

    Hours & Schedule
    • Monday to Friday, 7.75 hours per day (start by 8:30 am)


    • Field-based position – flexibility required for travel across the South East


    • Role includes working at height and may be physically demanding


    • NSSA Security Screening required prior to employment
