Summary
Venues In Salford, together with Salford City Council, are excited to be opening a brand new cafe in the beautifully refurbished Grade II Buile Hill Mansion and are looking for motivated, professional and personable Catering Assistants to join our team:-
About the Role
As Catering Assistant you will support the day-to-day running of the cafe, helping to deliver excellent customer service in a unique and welcoming setting.
Key responsibilities:-
- Assisting with food preparation and service
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Supporting all areas of the cafe operations and service during busy periods
About you
We are looking for polite, personable and professional candidates who can help us establish and grow this new venture into a thriving business and be a part of something that we can all be proud of. Basic Food Hygiene certificate holders is essential. Experience of working in a cafe, bistro or restaurant environment is desirable but full training will be given. Can you work well in a small team and relatively small working environment? Do you have excellent timekeeping and time management skills? Most importantly we are looking for individuals who demonstrate the values and behaviours of Salford City Council.
