Summary
You'll need: At least two years experience supporting people with mental health or complex needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage caseloads, work flexibly, and build effective multi-agency partnerships. Confidence in IT systems and record-keeping. A deep understanding of recovery and trauma-informed practice. If applying as a Peer Recovery Navigator, an ability to draw from your own recovery journey in a safe and supportive way.
