Summary
Assist in ensuring accurate monthly financial reports are distributed to managers so that timely and accurate financial information can be incorporated into the decision-making process. Maintenance of the system for the control of establishments, ensuring these are up-to-date and accurate, and that establishment and vacancy information is distributed in accordance with key deadlines. Assist with the preparation, completion and input of specific monthly expenditure journals to pay, non-pay, income and any other transfers as required, in line with the agreed monthly reporting timetable. Assist in the collection of relevant data to ensure accurate forecasts can be established for monthly reporting. For further details of the role please see the attached job description.
