The Role

As an Operations Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our client's field teams and ensuring operational excellence across the business. You will act as a central point of coordination, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and third-party partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain clear and effective communication between internal teams, external partners, and suppliers
  • Support field team activities, including organising training sessions and events
  • Attend and support the organisation of client offsite conferences and meetings (must be happy to stay away for the annual conference)
  • Produce and distribute account toolkits and field documentation to agreed standards and deadlines
  • Coordinate with third-party suppliers to manage equipment purchasing, distribution, and asset tracking
  • Support service delivery through troubleshooting and problem resolution
  • Set up and maintain Salesforce and reporting systems on tablets and mobile devices
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve day-to-day operational issues
  • Review, document, and improve existing processes and systems, providing recommendations to drive cost and service improvements
  • Conduct field visits to ensure operational processes are effective and fit for purpose, embedding learnings into daily operations
