Are you an experienced and motivated HLTA looking for a rewarding role in a supportive school environment? A welcoming and inclusive primary school in BD10, Bradford is seeking a Level 4 qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their team for the remainder of the academic year.
About the Role:
This role involves working across KS1 and KS2, delivering high-quality learning support and leading whole-class sessions when required. You will work closely with teachers and senior leaders to ensure pupils receive the best possible education. Experience in both mainstream classrooms and resource provision is highly desirable, as you will support children with a range of needs.
Who We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a Level 4 qualification or above in education or childcare.
- Have experience working as an HLTA or in a similar role within a primary school setting.
- Be confident in leading whole-class teaching and supporting small groups.
- Have experience supporting pupils with SEND in both mainstream and resource provision settings.
- Be adaptable, proactive, and committed to helping every child succeed.
- Possess strong communication and organisational skills.
