Position: Full-time temporary Administration Support Worker

Location: Wrexham

Contract: until July 2026

Working Hours: 37 per week Mon-Fri

Pay rate: £12.21 per hour

Brook Street have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administration support worker to join our public sector client based in Wrexham. This is a temporary assignment which will run until July 2026 with a view to extend beyond this date.

Job description:

This is an administrative job within the Probation Service as a Support Worker to a Probation Service Officer (PSO) within an Approved Premises setting. Support Worker will need to work on computer to bring up forms/open and read emails/letters to the Probation Service Officer, as well as inputting into databases and into forms dictated by PSO as well as other supportive admin tasks.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience of Microsoft Office Packages.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
