We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner at Fidelis Group, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our clients' facilities, contributing directly to our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Perform commercial cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly to meet client standards.
Maintain cleanliness of designated areas including offices, industrial sites, and public spaces.
Use cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly and effectively.
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to supervisors.
Support team members in achieving daily cleaning objectives.
Ensure all tasks are completed within scheduled timeframes.
Qualifications
Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills.
Reliability and punctuality.
Physical ability to perform cleaning duties.
Previous experience with industrial or large-scale cleaning is a plus.
